Job Description

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Manger will be responsible for providing Key HR services including recruitment, pay and reward, talent and performance management and general HR support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of successful execution of full cycle of the recruitment process from Job Descriptions, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, coordination, starting arrangements to successfully hiring new employees. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process. Assist in employee retention and development. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. 
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company    policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Fills resource requirements in the IT field, as well as positions in operations and management.
  • Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Carry out the full life-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions and levels which includes posting, sourcing, reviewing resumes and screening candidates, making offers, and following up.
  • Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed.
  • Work with line managers to develop job search strategies and job descriptions, post open positions internally and externally, and coordinate candidate process up to onboarding.
  • Provide guidance, training, and recommendations to senior managers across the region in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Execute all aspects of the recruitment strategy including efficient infrastructure, hiring manager engagement, diversity sourcing and branding.
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Create and present KPI reports.
  • Manages the recruiting team for the assigned region.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should have IT technology recruitment experience

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience as Talent acquisition manager.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or specialized knowledge equivalent to such degree.
  • At least 5 years work experience in a Human Resources function.
  • Five years of core IT recruiting experience required
  • Familiarity with an applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with managing high volume, multiple recruitments at once.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated interview skills and judgment in employee selection.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee issues/information and deal with employees in a friendly and sensitive manner.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Keenly aware of customer requirements and create strong alliances with stakeholders.
  • Experience in line managing staff, proven experience building capability for his/her team.
  • Advanced knowledge in Recruitment to develop and implement social media strategies to make savings and develop branding to attract a wider and diverse pools of professionals.
  • Orientated to constantly look opportunities to innovate and suggest change when needed to make more efficient the strand operation, engage internationally and leverage the quality of service.
  • Fluency in English
  • Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
