Job Description
- Your assignment is to increase the customer base through identifying, approaching and converting leads.
- You will actively explain our services and assist customers in listing their properties till publish.
- You will actively maintain the accuracy and validity of data of customers within your portfolio
- You will be the main point of contact for customers within your portfolio
Job Requirements
Skills Set:
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Experience in a sales position preferably in the real estate or travel/tourism business.
- Driving License is an advantage
- You are mobile and are willing to be regularly on the move approaching and meeting customers
- You are able to communicate well on all channels, enjoy dealing with people on professional basis
- You are a good listener, excellent negotiator and a problem solver.
- You are comfortable dealing with computer software and are willing to learn how to use our ERP environment to manage, document, track and report all your activities and tasks
