Tina Jewellery is a luxury accessories brand offering bold statement pieces designed for elegance and everyday sophistication. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a passionate Brand Assistant to join our team and support in daily operations, branding, and customer experience.
Role Overview
The Brand Assistant will play a key role in managing Tina Jewellery’s brand presence, operations, and customer engagement. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can balance operational execution with innovative branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory
Manage and update product listings, pricing, and stock levels on Shopify.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal team to ensure timely restocking.
Oversee packaging materials and maintain consistency in brand presentation.
Branding & Marketing
Support in planning and executing celebrity and influencer photoshoots.
Assist with brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with Tina Jewellery’s luxury identity.
Work closely with the media buying agency to monitor campaigns and track performance.
Propose and execute creative ideas for enhancing brand visibility and positioning.
Digital Presence
Maintain and update the website with new content, collections, and improvements.
Collaborate with designers and developers on website enhancements.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual appeal.
Develop engaging content to attract and retain clients.
Customer Experience & Business Development
Ensure a seamless and premium experience across all customer touchpoints.
Brainstorm and implement loyalty and retention initiatives.
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Research market trends and competitors to recommend new opportunities for business growth.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in brand management, e-commerce, or digital marketing (preferably in fashion, jewellery, or luxury brands).
Hands-on experience with Shopify and social media platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new branding and business development ideas.
Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic).
Passion for fashion, luxury, and customer experience.
