Job Description
- Manage day-to-day construction operations of the wastewater treatment plant, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance with design specifications and international standards.
- Review project designs, drawings, and schedules; provide technical input for constructability and sequencing.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and report updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality control standards on site.
- Manage construction resources (manpower, equipment, materials) efficiently to optimize performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential delays or risks during construction.
- Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities in collaboration with plant operators and process engineers.
- Maintain communication with local authorities and regulatory bodies as needed for permits and inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and Master Degree Is a must.
- 10+ years of experience in construction of wastewater treatment plants
