Hardware Technical Support Agent
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Technical Support Agent to join our Authorized Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple hardware devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs, ensuring they meet Apple standards and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in Apple devices.
- Perform component-level repairs (screens, batteries, logic boards, etc.).
- Use Apple diagnostic tools and complete service documentation.
- Ensure all repairs meet Apple’s service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate repair records and manage spare parts inventory.
- Handle customer technical inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in CS, Computer Hardware, information systems, or related field.
- Good in English – both spoken and written.
- Customer service experience is a must (preferably in tech or retail environments).
- Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and electronic circuits.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
- Basic knowledge of Apple tools and repair documentation.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide basic technical guidance.
