Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy with a strong focus on WordPress SEO. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization, ensuring improved organic search rankings and website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Implement on-page SEO improvements, including title tags, meta descriptions, URL structuring, and internal linking.
- Enhance off-page SEO by developing link-building strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide solutions to improve website speed, indexing, and crawlability.
- Optimize WordPress websites, including plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.), schema markup, and site performance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to enhance SEO-friendly content and site structure.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic.
- Strong expertise in WordPress SEO, including plugin configuration, site optimization, and content structuring.
- Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience with technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, and site performance optimization.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation.
