Handling all aspects of ticketing activity mostly by phone with customers of Royal Air Maroc :
- Information regarding RAM activity and prices
- Reservation & booking by using Amadeus system
- Follow-up with customers
- Creating daily reports
- Handling requests of the management team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent Knowledge in GDS (Amadeus is a must).
- Fluent in written and spoken French & English.
- Commercial experience +2 Years
- French is Must, the interview will be by French.
