Job Description

Night Shift Customer Service Agent - New Cairo

  • Location: Our call center is located in New Cairo, providing a convenient and accessible workplace for our team members.
  • Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours per night shift

Job Description:

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our call center team in New Cairo. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be: 

  1. The first point of contact for our patients, handling incoming phone calls and text messages. 
  2. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments.
  3. Sending reminders, and addressing patient inquiries. 
    This role operates during night shifts, ensuring continuous support for our patients even during non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handling incoming phone calls and text messages from patients in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently scheduling and confirming appointments using our system.
  • Sending appointment reminders via text or email to reduce no-shows and improve clinic efficiency.
  • Providing accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and appointment availability.
  • Addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient call center operations.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of patient interactions and appointments.

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Being a graduate is a MUST.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with call center software and standard office applications.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when assisting patients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends.
