Job Description
- We are a small startup affiliated to Harvest, we operate in the production and delivery of vegan food in Cairo.
- We are looking for someone to manage/supervise all aspects of operations starting from order taking to food delivery to client, ensuring best food quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Candidate will also have other roles related to data analysis, sales and marketing, administrative, purchasing and accounting.
Job Requirements
- Ideal candidate is mature, has relevant experience and loves to work in a startup work environment.
- Must be comfortable/experienced in taking orders by phone or online
- Very Good in English
- Must be comfortable conducting entire conversation with client in English
- Very Good communication skills
- Very Good organization skills
- Works well under stress
- Computer literacy (word/excel)
- F&B experience is an asset
