Job Summary:

We are seeking a Payroll and Personnel Section Head to lead and manage all aspects of payroll Calculation, personnel record management, and compliance with labor and tax regulations. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate salary disbursement, timely tax calculations, and adherence to governmental reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will bring precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of payroll systems and labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate calculation and processing of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and tax regulations.
• Review and manage monthly payroll cycles, including auditing data and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel records and employment contracts.
• Implement improvements to payroll and personnel processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as a key advisor on payroll-related policies and employee compensation matters.
