- Coordinate policies and procedures regarding procurement processes. Implementation of Procurement best practices.
- Ensure accurate inventory balance (To avoid out of stock case).
- Build & enhance supplier lists to develop the procurement process
- Achieve cost minimizing through the effective & efficient Procurement process, while keeping a high standards of the procurement operations
