Assets Controller

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle the purchase-to-pay process for Instashop Company (Requesting - Purchasing - Receiving - Paying)
• Support our internal stakeholders with procurement operations by sourcing and evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders and transactions
• Coordinate all needs in terms of purchases for the company and develop procurement strategies accordingly
• Maintain records of items purchased, including contracts, purchase orders, vendor agreements and invoices
• Manage and update inventory records to ensure proper stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory 
   

The Assets Controller performs all aspects of purchasing for the company and manages the inventory, distribution, and control of those items for all company locations. He / She must identify the products to be purchased, identify the most appropriate supplier for the products, confirm all aspects of pricing, confirm all deliveries, and maintain an inventory control database.
