Job Description

  • Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements. Assist in
  •  coordinating real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.
  • Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, and local market conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and office suites, including document management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and transaction coordination.
    Familiarity with local and national real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
