Job Description
Complete all aspects of the sales cycle (proposal through closure of sales).
Description:
- Make contact with potential customers by telephone, conferences and meetings.
- Contribute to the growth of existing client business.
- Maintain relationship with contact over time and develop (ever more!) business from account.
- Maintain and update sales progress reports according to agreed time frames.
- Write proposals and tenders for prospective clients.
- Train New Sales comers to be a full experienced Localization sales agents.
- Have responsibility to achieve the target of the managed Team.
- Provide required researches, reports, that help improving and expanding
- Working over different time zones.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 successful sales and account management experience, in English Language.
Required Skills:
- Experience selling in a B2B context (ideally translation and localization).
- Outstanding relationship building skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed targets while working under pressure.
- Ability to travel for qualified business opportunities and trade shows.
- Strong client management skills and consultative abilities.
- Proven track record in hunting new business and supporting an existing client base.
- Excellent communicator, disciplined, persistent, organized, with initiative, intelligent and capable of bringing in results without being pushy, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.
- 3rd language beside English is preferred.
- Sales or Marketing certificate is preferred.
