Job Description

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in appointments, board meetings, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Executive secretaries must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
