Job Description

  • General Secretarial work
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting guests.
  • Ensures the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.

Job Requirements

  • Heliopolis or Nasr city resident (The company is located at Heliopolis).
  • Preferred Age: 24 - 29
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is  must.
  • High typing speed.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism.
  • High college degree.
