Job Description

  • Attend indoor and outdoor trainings and support trainers when needed.
  • Manage documents related to the trainings ex. attendance, registration, ... etc.
  • Coordinate training requirements, including organizing training rooms, training materials and tools.
  • Market available training opportunities to clients and provide necessary information.
  • Provide professional support to directors.
  • Distribute calls and mails to appropriate recipients.
  • Assist in preparing reports & surveys when needed.
  • Supporting the reception desk, filing, photocopying and scanning documents.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
  • Very good English.
