Job Description
- Attend indoor and outdoor trainings and support trainers when needed.
- Manage documents related to the trainings ex. attendance, registration, ... etc.
- Coordinate training requirements, including organizing training rooms, training materials and tools.
- Market available training opportunities to clients and provide necessary information.
- Provide professional support to directors.
- Distribute calls and mails to appropriate recipients.
- Assist in preparing reports & surveys when needed.
- Supporting the reception desk, filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- Very good English.
