Job Description
- To handle daily functions of the CEO office to deliver measurable, cost-effective results.
- Take over the responsibility for all daily activities, organizing, operations, and staffing of the office.
- Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of effective daily schedule.
- Maintain office services:
- implement office policies.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Follow up on all issues until resolution and achieve.
- Control correspondences.
- Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups.
- Maintain office equipment.
- Handle all of Chairman & CEO travel and expenses.
- Maintain office records:
- Design filing systems & ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Define procedures for record retention & ensure protection and security of files and records.
- Transfer and dispose records according to retention schedules and policies.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
- English is must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent in Excel , word, PowerPoint.
- Planning & Organizing skills.
- Males Only.
