Job Description

  • Overseeing and administrating various employee benefits, assisting in all the operations related to the employees’ programs through making new deals with suppliers to better serve the employees and identifying areas of development and recommending fixes and ways to enhance the services offers to all IDH employees.
  • Develop and manage new employees’ programs that increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Interfacing with suppliers, seek new opportunities to develop new deals / offers with the targeted brands.
  • Negotiate and establish agreements with suppliers and cross departmental focal points for new employees’ offerings.
  • Prepare a comparison portfolio for each offering to be provided, clarifying the differences between the provided offers to the same service for better offer selection.
  • Answering questions from employees about their benefits & handling all related complaints & concerns.
  • Support all employees to be enrolled in the benefits programs upon hiring / request.
  • Perform regular awareness campaigns and recommend needed improvements.
  • Conduct meetings with employees who are located in remote areas i.e. Upper Egypt.
  • Follow up & finalize all Grants & Pension requests on time.
  • Manage the suppliers, employees’ benefits database and ensure its timely update.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to manage all benefits deductions.
  • Responsible for all needed preparations for engagements & Employees events.
  • Coordinate needed activities in alignment with the internal communication team for employees’ benefits / events.
  • Tracking Coupons distribution and ensure consistency and fairness among all employees.
  • Ensuring that the company's benefits policy complies with laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers is an asset.
  • Very good English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Very good computer skills; mainly word, Excel, and power point.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure effectively.
  • Flexibility, Ability to learn & to work in a team.
  • Able to conduct out of office business meetings / visits, both in and outside Cairo.
