Job Description
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee benefits, support, and engagement.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle employee inquiries and concerns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
