Job Description
- Analyze problems/opportunities and recommend sales strategies to improve CAT Product/ Program sales efforts
- Implement actions of annual CAT Product/ Program marketing plan
- Submit quarterly report summarizing significant activity and relaying update of marketing plan objectives status
- Analyze and report significant competitive activities affecting sales of CAT Product/ Program
- Report product problems to Caterpillar as well as specific new product needs
- Provide CAT Product/ Program expertise to assist TSR in their sales efforts
- Work with Training Department to improve CAT Product/ Program sales effectiveness of PSSRs
- Develop and maintain detailed information concerning usage and practices
- Conduct customer meetings concerning CAT Product/ Program product features/benefits
- Conduct field follow and field tests on CAT product
- Develop and maintain sales/technical library
- Submit Competitive Parts Reports and general competitive information to Caterpillar
