Job Description
Sales Management:
- Manage selected accounts in the assigned country.
- Prospect and develop new profitable accounts as per Ti sales objectives and policies.
- Learn and promote the entire product range of Ti especially new specialty products.
- Visit the customers and circulate detailed visit reports to the management.
- Prepare monthly sales report, quarterly sales forecasts and be part of annual budgeting.
- Develop a rapport with decision-makers with a consultative sales approach.
Projects/ Products management:
- Identify the gaps in the market and report on project opportunities.
- Support the product development team with timely information and samples from the market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, a degree in a technical or science stream is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of technical products, preferably B2B.
- Good command over English.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, working knowledge of PPT is an advantage.
- A go getter, young and passionate in Sales.
