Job Description
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet clients entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and clients
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- General administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organize meetings
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Monitoring of incoming faxes and distribution of same
- Photocopying/scanning general correspondence
- Respond to any other reasonable request made by a Manager/Director for the Firm
Job Requirements
- Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Very good computer skills, Ms Office skills.
