Job Description

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet clients entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and clients
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Organize meetings
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Monitoring of incoming faxes and distribution of same
  • Photocopying/scanning general correspondence
  • Respond to any other reasonable request made by a Manager/Director for the Firm

Job Requirements

  • Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Very good computer skills, Ms Office skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • High communication skills.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Female \ Cairo Resident.
