Job Description

Senior HR Specialist Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Recruitment

  • Provides support to Human Resources Manager with CVs Filtering, interview scheduling.
  • Responsible for onboarding approach (orientation, documentation, assimilation support)

Personnel

  • Collects, coordinates and maintains confidential and sensitive information regarding employee’s papers/ Files.
  • Performance Management & Salary Scaling.
  • Administer reporting and coordinate documentation for annual merit process and incentive planning.

Daily Operation

  • Serves as point of contact for day to day HR inquiries and support (policies, procedures, and programs).

Training and Development

  • Assists in training and development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • The ability to do the following
  1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  3. Develop compensation and benefits plans
  4. SOURCING & REACHING OUT TO QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR CURRENT OPEN ROLES
  5. Serving as a go-between for candidates & hiring managers
  6. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
  7. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  8. Network with potential hire through professional groups on social media & during events
  9. Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
  10. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  11. Screen resumes & job applications
  12. Review departmental budgets
  13. Organize learning and development programs
  14. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opening
  15. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
  16. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
