Job Description
- Supervise generating site monthly (One Month look Ahead), Compare with monthly target and recommended corrective actions if needed to assure site management is well aware of site maximum capability versus targeted work volume.and Supervise generating DMC monthly invoice and earned value to assure maximum work volume executed is invoiced.and issuance of monthly updates to assure DMC management is well aware of the project schedule Status.
- Participate in preparing Monthly presentation.
- Participate in establishing October work volumes to set DMC target on quarterly basis.
- Supervise Reviewing subcontractors Schedules and EOT claims on monthly basis to assure project milestones are achieved.
- Set Subcontractors Contractual time for completions to assure compatibility with DMC overall schedule.And Establish DMC Baseline schedules to be used as a tool to monitor, record and report project progress.
- Follow-Up Procurement , design and construction on regular basis to assure plan execution and provide support (if Needed) in the variation orders and contract administration to assure projects needs are fulfilled.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Civil-Architect Engineering.
- Giza/October resident is preferable.
- Excellent user in Primavera.
- At Least 5 years of experience.
