- Responsible for the recruitment management, making the HRP for the company every quarter.
- Responsible for the Performance Management of all the staff.
- National Organization for social insurance, labor office and General authority for health insurance.
- Attendance management and draft the human reassurance rules and regulation.
- Assist HRM design salary management system.
Job Requirements
- Have overseas study experience.
- Language: Arabic (Mother tongue),English (read and write),Chinese (read and write).
- Familiar to the labor code and related regulation.
- Has the work experience of recruitment,salary management.
- Good communication skills and can work under pressure.
