Job Description

  • Assisting in developing Organization Strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
  • Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization’s strategic thinking and direction.
  • Implementing human resources strategies by developing and maintaining department accountabilities including Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Health and Welfare benefits, Training and Development, Records Management, Health & Safety, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Retention, and Labor Relations.
  • Managing human resources day to day operations including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions and “Ideas Bank”
  • Developing and maintaining organizational KPI’s in coordination with department managers.
  • Maintaining and improving benefits and compensation schemes including Blue-Collar incentives, Sales commission schemes, salary restructure, and administration KPI-related bonuses
  • Assisting with ERP analysis, development, and implementation plan including HR module ownership
  • Assisting with the development of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies
  • Resolving problems and assisting with management of change within organization.
  • Assisting with development of human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning monetary resources within designated budget.
  • Developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Qualifications:

  • BSc / BA from a reputable university
  • HR Diploma is a plus
  • Required 5-8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of experience in an HR position
  • Previous HR experience within an Industrial company is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • Self-Motivated and Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent Troubleshooting, Communication, Organizational, Time Management, Team Work, Leadership, Creativity, Critical Analysis, Coaching and Mentoring, and Decision Making Skills
  • Good Written and Oral English and Arabic Skills
