Job Description
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
- Follow up probation periods due date for the new comers.
- Manage the employees data and needed transactions on our software system.
- Create employees contracts before their joining date.
- Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
- Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.
- Handling all Personnel activities (files, leaves recording and balances, dealing with labor and social insurance authorities ...etc.)
- Providing & generating the regular reports to all concerned parties.
- Responsible for Application tracking system data base (inserting applicants data)
- Handle & Coordinate the recruitment & hiring procedures.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications upon the job needed criteria.
- Screening CVs.
- Make HR initial phone interview to prepare the needed shortlisted applicants.
- Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Excellent English
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Very good MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
