Job Description
We are hiring a Tele-sales agent to join NowPay's team in Egypt.
We need a sales guru with previous experience at least 2 years in sales (@ fin-tech industry is preferable) to take the lead of the following responsibility:
- Contact potential clients representing our product/service and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
- Answer all calls regarding potential Customers' questions and inquires.
- Contact customers for surveys.
- Achieve Monthly Target (number of activated users).
Job Requirements
- Telesales is preferable
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Problem solver, able to quickly assess issues and provide solutions.
- Good in English
- University graduate.
