Senior planning Engineer

Qsource Outsourcing is hiring "#senior_planning_Engineer" for a Multinational Infrastructure & Technology Company based in #KSA.

Job Description:

-To estimate a timescale for a project in coordination with the project management and site team, and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met. 
-Coordinate inputs to project execution plans to develop constructability plan, procurement plan, engineering plan, construction schedule, and mobilization plan. 
-Lead and manage the integration data for project definition, planning, execution, and completion (baseline); assisting in the entire end-to-end delivery lifecycle of projects. 
- Working closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient. 
-Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications. 
-Supervise and guide Site Planning Engineers. 
-Maintaining and updating the construction schedules and plans, and check the update with all the concerned departments, corrective actions should be included if any to keep the project on track.
-Developing and creating the recovery and revised plans. 
- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals. 
-Monitoring work progress. 
-Monitor the schedule updates / KPIs / Manpower and SC Efficiency / Productivities / Wastages Factors and raise flags / review corrective plans on identified slippages and progress delays. 
- Preparing status reports weekly and monthly. 
-Preparing two weeks look ahead plan for site team. 
- Attending weekly meetings and working on maintaining the agreed dates. -Liaising with site managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise after coordinating with Senior planning engineer. 
- Preparing the internal and external presentation
