Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure that all architectural designs and plans are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any design or construction issues.
- Allocate resources, materials, and manpower efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Train and mentor junior construction workers and apprentices.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the project's budget and timeline.
- Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Foreman Architect who is preferably located in Al-Sadat City or nearby .
- Strong understanding of architectural plans, blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and visit construction sites as needed.
