Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Managing the technical office team in the project in coordination with the rest of
the project team members. - Manage cost analysis activities
- Ensure an effective material management process relating to, the submittal
approval process, control, storage, and distribution of materials according to
the projects’ needs. - Review and approve Scheduled bill of quantities, request for information
(RFI) and subcontractor’s invoices. - Review monthly owner's invoices and ensure their comprehensiveness and
accuracy. - Ensure adherence to technical office policies and procedures through
continuous review of the project contracts, terms and conditions, time
schedule, review of design drawings, and owner/consultant bill of quantities. - Support planning and cost control department in monitoring monthly
construction progress. - Support contract administrators in preparing any technical / cost claims
with sufficient information about any variation orders
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least 12-15 years experience in well-known construction projects
including 5 years in the same position. - Extensive experience in managing technical office operations
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor technical
teams. - IPMA OR PMP Certified will be a priority.
