- Meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from the company's products.
- Hunting high class clients.
- Establishing long-term relationships with existing and new clients, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Providing customers with the best solutions that meet their needs and requirements.
- Participating in researching and developing new products.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
- Sending submittals (catalouges, samples, complience sheets, etc.)
- Providing clients with technical support.
