Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates communication flow between Client Service (CS) Unit and Other Departments
  • Arranges Brainstorming session with Traffic Manager
  • Prepares References
  • Writes brainstorming Minutes Of Meeting.
  • Manages and coordinates all event logistics  (for example, Accommodation, Hotel bookings, Travel for the clients & CS team, Catering, Site Visits, etc.…)
  • Builds and Updates clients’ database
  • Handles departments archive (Presentations, Event Coverage, Photos, etc.…)
  • Liaises with social media/website team to publicize and promote the event
  • Coordinates team to meet projects milestone
  • Handles three active clients
  • Handles preparation of one small event by the end of 1st year
  • Be ready to give hand in any task required by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Effective Communications 
    • Fluency in English speaking & writing is a MUST 
    • English & Arabic Writing Communication Skills 
  • Strong Personality & Character 
  • Team Player, Innovative, and Initiator 
  • Good Time Management and ability to handle multi projects in parallel.
  • Able to work unsupervised with confidence.
  • Work under pressure and stress 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent from a reputable university. 
  • 0-1 year of experience with proven success in a similar job
