- Manage the Machinery Division Sales manager and Power Sports Division Sales Manager.
- Build the strategy for the sales department.
- Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure that they are equipped with the appropriate knowledge and tools to achieve these.
- Manage the relationship with customers and ensure any issues are resolved on time to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the development of solutions and actions to recover any gaps in sales achievements and follow up with the sales team and other parties to ensure that the solutions are implemented.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of previous experience in a Sales position or Business Development
- Ability to track profit and loss statements.
