Job Description
• Implement & Maintain Integrated Management System standards, processes and controls regarding the international Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Energy standards.
• Participate in modifying, developing and updating the Integrated Management System policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and Retain proper records in accordance with the international standard requirements of ISO series and other related standards.
• Estimate & Evaluate Risk Management System and recommends improvements.
• Organize all Audit activities, which includes Internal Audits (create audit plan, prepare checklists, conduct audits, collect evidences, follow-up the nonconformities,etc.) and External Audits.
• Promote the efforts of Integrated System improvements through publicizing the Audits results.
• Ensure making the required corrective actions in order to avoid any noncompliance with the requirements and specifications.
• Fulfill any additional tasks as per job need.
Job Requirements
• BSC in Engineering preferable (Mechanical)
• 5-7 years of experience in the same field.
• Proven technical background as required.
• Able to use the Quality improvement tools ( 7 tools, fishbone, pareto chart, 8 whys, kaizen…).
• Excellent knowledge & Awareness about the Audit procedures, skills and techniques.
• Multi task engineer Able to work under pressure.
• Very good communication skills & dealing with others.
• Very good computer skills(MS Office )
• Good in English language.
