Job Description

  • Handling the course registration process.
  • Coordinating between students, instructors and location supervisors.
  • Making follow-up calls.
  • Responsible for the location's daily cash flow.
  • Data Entry on Berlitz' systems

Job Requirements

  • Graduates of any major.
  • 1-3 years of experience in effectively dealing with customers.
  • Good usage of MS Word and Excel.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Fair knowledge of The English language.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • An outstanding ability in handling customers.
  • Someone who can maintain a presentable and neat environment.
  • Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday is Off)
