Job Description
Carina Wear is hiring Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and a customer-focused attitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer communication across various channels (phone, email, etc.).
- Provide accurate information related to products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts, with the last shift ending at 10:00 PM.
- Two rotational days off per week.
- Location: New Cairo.
- Paid training provided.
- Medical & Social Insurance provided.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Males only (due to shift schedule).
- Bachelor’s degree required (graduates only).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
- High sense of ownership, responsiveness, and professionalism.
