Job Description

Carina Wear is hiring Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and a customer-focused attitude.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer communication across various channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information related to products, orders, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.

 

Work Conditions

  • Rotational shifts, with the last shift ending at 10:00 PM.
  • Two rotational days off per week.
  • Location: New Cairo.
  • Paid training provided.
  • Medical & Social Insurance provided.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Males only (due to shift schedule).
  • Bachelor’s degree required (graduates only).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English.
  • High sense of ownership, responsiveness, and professionalism.
