Job Description
- Keeping the flow of spare parts running, through choosing the convenient suppliers for the requested orders with the optimum cost of ownership, keeping in mind delivering on time.
- Avoiding any breakdowns on the production lines and giving the proper Service level to the running and upcoming projects.
- Sourcing new approved sources of supply (Local/Foreign/services/projects).
- Executing POs through SAP.
- Following up on new purchase requests on a daily basis through (SAP, Mails, Phone Calls).
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Following up on purchase orders on a daily basis through (SAP, Mails, Phone Calls).
- Negotiating proposed offers with suppliers through (Mails, Phone Calls, Meetings).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement , Preferably Manufacturing background
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills.
