Job Description
- Typing all kinds of contracts, agreements, schedules, memos, bill of quantities for all the project.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing faxes, emails and telephones.
- Traditional office duties such as filing, recording, copying, scanning and ordering staff as needed.
- Preparing comparison sheet as required.
- Issuing and preparing purchase orders as required and follow up with accounts.
- Keep constant contact with manager whenever he is to report on a daily basis.
- Maintain security of confidential information related to all works.
- Managing the manager daily agenda.
- Document control data base.
- Fully responsible for company presentation.
- Schedule project follow up meeting as needed.
- Attend all the meeting and minutes it.
- Follow up pending subjects and report the feed back.
- Prepare agenda for meeting.
- Ability to retrieve data from different sources.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Serve as back up for all the project.
- Translate parts of document from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Job Requirements
- Very good presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent use of ms office package (word-excel-power point - email).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage many tasks.
