Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our resort in Abu Dabab, Red Sea. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in hotel engineering and maintenance systems with a proactive and hands-on management style.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the maintenance department
• Ensure proper functioning of all hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintenance issues
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Prepare maintenance reports and control budget-related costs
