About the Job
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replacing parts as required.
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
  • Troubleshoot Internet Connections problems. 
  • Rebuild computers with the approved images of windows and applications.
Job Requirements
  • Familiar with Microsoft operating systems
  • Good knowledge of Computer/Network component, and how they work.
  • Good English Reader/Writer.
  • The ability to think logically.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Problem solving skills.
