- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Troubleshoot Internet Connections problems.
- Rebuild computers with the approved images of windows and applications.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft operating systems
- Good knowledge of Computer/Network component, and how they work.
- Good English Reader/Writer.
- The ability to think logically.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Problem solving skills.
