Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; and ensuring fulfilling these requirements through leading the production with other departments of Umbrella Communications.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Language
- Years of experience: 5-8
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
