Preparing activity cost reports.
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank reconciliation are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare cash flow position of the company to complete the financial operations and communicate with the banks' management according to business need.
All Financial report to Finance Manager (Monthly – Quarter – Yearly) such as
Balance sheets.
Income Statement.
Cash Flow.
Aging report for all Customers and all Vendors.
Cost Analyses - Over Head Rate for all services.
Banks reconciliation.
VAT Tax reports.
Fixed assets reports.
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
Provide all the information and clarifications required to the internal and external auditors and work to facilitate their task.

Prefer to be experienced in the Cosmetics field
Expert as an Accounting Manager for 3 years at least.
Ability to use ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Multitasking and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast progressing environment.
