Job Description

  • Apply the proper accounting standards and policies for all accounting operations 
  • Impalement the updated accounting systems, and analyze all output data.
  • Create Monthly revenue reports for all collections.
  • Review all commercial departments' Outcomes regarding monthly sales.
  • Analyze the cash flow & monthly liabilities.
  • Manage all daily accounting operations to guarantee accounting department outputs & outcomes.
  • Create the monthly depreciation report for all assets.
  • Assure financial closing monthly and yearly on the Odoo system.
  • Create and review payable and receivable accounts.
  • Create the monthly general ledger 
  • Create & review monthly & quarterly tax (with all kinds) reports.
  • Assure all customer accounts and payments monthly on Oddo and documentation
  • Facilitate and support all internal, and external auditing process
  • Monthly review for Oddo system input to guarantee accuracy.
  • Create a full monthly report with the financial ratio (ROI – ROA – ROE -Profitability and liquidity)
  • Handle all taxes file with the governmental channels.
  • Facilitate all auditing processes.
  • Analyze the monthly payments with recommendations.
  • Responsible for all expenses and payments including salaries and commissions.
  • Review all records & keep monthly accounting transactions. 
  • Create the yearly/quarterly/monthly budget.
  • Create and keep all monthly financial reports.
  • Analyze all accounting data and create the financial report
  • Provide Regular recommendations regarding the current accounting system to enhance and develop the accounting workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Accounting degree & CMA Holder is mandatory & MBA 
  • Experience in a similar role, proficiency in spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Finance & Accounting essentials 
  • Details Oriented, Organized 
  • ERP Systems, Outlook, Oddo
  • Able to communicate and motivate- Experience in managing more than one task
