Carrying out the assignment diagnosis process
Evaluate the assignment ‘s technical point of view and process map
Prepare the technical offer of the assignment
Select teamwork, developing implementation plans, and following up on their implementation
Review and establish the assignment’s cost system after collecting and analyzing data
Review the documentary cycle and ensure its conformity with the followed cost system
Assisting and supporting top management to take decisions regarding assignment
Follow up and evaluate teamwork and ensure their commitment to the established plans as well as the company’s internal policies.
Analyzing data received from the client and prepare periodic reports required from the client and top management
Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management
Dealing with any changes that occur in the assignment
Supervising the periodical inventory and participate in the inventory process if required
Participate in developing training programs for the company’s employees to raise their efficiency through the company’s training academy
Holding meetings or attending meetings with clients and solving problems within the assignment
Settling final accounts.

Monitor and analyze cost accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper cost accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
