Job Description

  • Ensure the sustainability of the company’s gender strategy by further implementation of activities in all their components (factories and educational institutions).
  • Ensure the monitoring, evaluation and documentation of all activities (knowledge management).
  • Acquisition of funds for activities.
  • Guarantee internal and external communication of SEKEMs activities for women’s empowerment.
  • Develop further activities in the educational institutions of the company in cooperation with staff members.
  • Develop and coordinate of joined activities of the company’s different components.
  • Participate in social meetings (in cooperation with Chief Social Affairs Officer) and support the HR departments with recruitment, retention as well as capacity building for promising females.
  • Develop a strategy to reach women in the villages surrounding the company.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Social/Human Science, Business or HR.

Experience:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience/expertise in gender-related topics.

 Skills:

  • Self-organization for planning and implementation.
  • Good teamwork and networking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good reporting and writing skills.
  • Required Languages: Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English (German is an advantage).
  • Technical: Experience in the usage of computers and office software.

 Virtues:
