Job Description
- Oversee the entire production process from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
- 7+ years proven experience as a Production Manager in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in garment manufacturing industry is MUST
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of garment production techniques
