Job Description

  • Maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying plans to the upper management.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales life cycle.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
  • Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
  • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
  • Performing other related duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Computer literacy
  • Alexandria or Cairo Resident 
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience not less than one year Experience in the field of sales, preferably in the field of telecommunications VAS and software development Or Fin Tech .
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Presentation skills
  • multitasking abilities
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Time Management
  • Solid experience in sales, or business development (preferred in software industry or related field)
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
