Job Description
- Collect data (DWG, AS BUILT DWG, RFI) that received from Consultant in order to review and confirm the accuracy of these data
- Prepare QS take-off sheets for all items of scope and send it to site for Approval and follow up to be added to client’s invoice
- Follow up with site technical office to acquire the needed approvals the approvals
- Participate in preparing the QS report to be submitted to cost control to update contract value in quarterly basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil\Architectural Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
- A construction background is a must.
- QS experience is required.
- Site-Based.
